1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to the online ordering website of Zestia Greek Street Food ("Zestia," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing and using this website — including placing orders or catering requests through our online ordering system (the "Website") — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Website.
This Website is provided by Zorgo Inc. ("Zorgo") under contract with Zestia Greek Street Food for the purpose of menu browsing, order placement, and catering inquiries.
2. Ordering & Order Placement
You can place orders through the Website by selecting menu items, specifying quantities and options, and proceeding through checkout. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase, subject to acceptance by the selected Zestia location. Orders are not confirmed until we begin preparing them.
Menu availability, pricing, location hours, and fulfillment timing may change without notice. If you need to modify or cancel a standard order, contact the store as quickly as possible. Once preparation has started, changes may not be possible.
3. Catering Orders & Payment Authorization
Card Storage and Delayed Charge
When you place a catering order through this Website, you authorize Zestia Greek Street Food to securely store your payment card information through Stripe, our PCI-compliant payment processor. No charge is applied to your card at the time of submission. Your card information is held on file solely to facilitate a future charge upon order confirmation.
When Your Card Will Be Charged
Your card will be charged only when a Zestia team member reviews and confirms your catering order. The charge amount will reflect the total shown during checkout — calculated from your selected menu options, guest count, and any applicable add-ons — and is locked in at the time of your submission. Zestia reserves the right to contact you if any adjustment to the quoted price is required before confirming the order.
Order Rejection
If Zestia is unable to accommodate your catering request — for example, due to date unavailability or capacity constraints — your card will not be charged. You will be contacted to discuss alternatives or to close the inquiry.
Cancellations Before Confirmation
If you wish to cancel your catering order before Zestia has confirmed it (and before your card has been charged), please contact us as soon as possible using the contact information in the footer of this website. No charge will be applied.
Cancellations After Confirmation
Once your order has been confirmed and your card has been charged:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled pickup date and time will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hoursof your scheduled pickup date and time may receive a partial refund or no refund, at Zestia's sole discretion, depending on preparation costs already incurred.
Payment Processing
Payment is processed securely by Stripe, Inc. Zestia does not store your full card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details. By submitting a catering order, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy, available at stripe.com/legal.
Accuracy of Information
You represent that all information provided in your catering request — including contact details, guest count, and requested date and time — is accurate and complete. Zestia is not responsible for errors in your order resulting from inaccurate information provided during checkout.
4. Pricing & Payment
We strive to ensure all prices displayed on the Website are accurate. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and will contact you with options or provide a refund. Payment processing for standard orders is handled by Stripe; by placing an order you authorize Stripe to charge your designated payment method for the total order amount.
5. Allergen & Dietary Information
IMPORTANT: We provide information about ingredients and potential allergens to the best of our ability. However, our food preparation environment involves shared equipment and surfaces, and cross-contamination is possible. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE ABSENCE OF ANY ALLERGENS. If you have severe allergies or dietary restrictions, it is your responsibility to inform us before placing your order and to verify allergen information upon pickup. Zestia Greek Street Food is not responsible for any adverse reactions resulting from allergens or dietary restrictions.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE ACCURATE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ZESTIA GREEK STREET FOOD OR ZORGO INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY US DOLLARS ($50.00), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
7. Optional SMS Marketing Consent
This consent is completely optional and is not required to place an order. If you choose to check the optional SMS marketing consent box during checkout, you are providing your express written consent to receive recurring automated marketing messages from Zestia Greek Street Food at the phone number provided, including promotions, coupons, and special offers. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith informal negotiation directly with us.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
